The Greatest Act of Sacrificial Love

11th November 2018. On this Remembrance Sunday, Rev Jim McFarlane speaks from John 15 verses 9 to 17 that the greatest act a man can do is to lay down his life for his friends as many have done in the past 100 years of human conflict. But only one man has laid down his life for all humanity.

A Door will Be Shut

9th September 2018. Jim McFarlane resumes his series on Paul's letters to the Thessalonians. Writing his 2nd letter, Paul boasts about their perseverance and faith whilst under persecution together with the growth of their love for one another. Where faith grows, love will abound, for faith works by love.

The Omnipresent God knows us

2nd September 2018. Jim McFarlane reads from King David's Psalm 139 and that we are all Fearfully and Wonderfully Made by God and how He knows everything about us, even more than we know ourselves and that we can never escape the presence of God as He is everywhere.
